Summary

Memorial University's Family Medicine Residency Training Program offers a comprehensive two-year program that prepares physicians for urban, rural, and remote practice across Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick. The program uses the unique medical and geographic characteristics of the region to train competent family physicians who can provide patient-centered care in diverse environments.

Research

Residents complete a mandatory Quality Improvement scholarly project and can optionally undertake additional research projects in various formats.
