Halifax - Internal Medicine
The Dalhousie University Internal Medicine Residency Program provides comprehensive training in internal medicine across the Maritime provinces. Located at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, the program offers residents in-depth experience in all disciplines of internal medicine with exposure to inpatients and outpatients.
