Teaching Philosophy
The program follows a Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME) model with progressive independence, focusing on developing residents' clinical skills through structured stages: Progression towards the Discipline, Acquisition of Discipline Foundations, Mastery of Discipline, and Transition to Practice.
