Teaching Philosophy
Training future family physicians in the actual settings where they will practice, with an emphasis on individual learning requirements, hands-on experience, and comprehensive rural generalist skills.
Training Setting
A decentralized program based primarily in Medicine Hat and various rural communities across Southern Alberta, with training sites in regional hospitals and community clinics.
