The UBC Hematological Pathology residency is a four-year Royal College–accredited program delivered in a Competence by Design (CBD) format. Residents train in all aspects of Hematological Pathology, including morphology, flow cytometry, molecular diagnostics, coagulation, bone marrow procurement, and transfusion medicine. The program includes rotations at major academic centres, regional hospitals, Canadian Blood Services, and community laboratories, supported by a large and diverse teaching faculty.
