Summary

The UBC Medical Genetics and Genomics Residency Program is a comprehensive 5-year training program that prepares residents to become well-rounded medical geneticists. Located in Vancouver, the program offers broad clinical exposure across British Columbia, with training at multiple tertiary academic hospitals and a focus on translating genomics into clinical care.

Each resident completes a scholarly project (clinical or laboratory) with access to world-renowned laboratories and clinical research groups.
